Suporting carers would be part of empowering communities to support themselves. A key theme that is continually being raised in the BIG Lambeth health debate.
The key principles are all principles that Lambeth CCG would sign up to. Maybe Lambeth CCG should include mapping existing carers needs and services, to enable commissioning advice, information and support services for carers in their commissioning intentions for 2014/15?
