Support for children and families

We are keen to know how we should work together with education, social services, hospital services< GPs, dentists, pharamcists and opticians to join up care for children in a challenging finacial environment across health, educations and social care.

Seems like an awfully tall order - but a really good one. Is this something that the Health and Wellbeing Board is really backing? Do they have the clout to bring all to the table and make it happen? They could summon the heads of service to get them to commit to coming up with something better for less money. If so then the next step is to involve some enthusiastic staff, interested and vocal members of the public and other interested parties and ask them to come up with solutions; some that could be done quickly and others that would take some time. Perhaps I'm being too simplistic but I think if the people at the top were really committed and prepared to take on ideas, listen, work with a wide group and really lead it could be done.
